JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about finance and eager to develop a successful career as a Financial Advisor. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support while earning a competitive salary plus commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Learn the fundamentals of financial planning and wealth management through comprehensive training programs.
• Develop a deep understanding of various financial products and services, including investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning.
• Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in financial planning and wealth management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Previous experience in finance or sales is a plus but not required.
